Q. I Have a smartphone that I need to receive my emails on.
A. Each phone manufacturer (Blackberry, iPhone, Nokia, Sony Erricson) have different procedures for setting up email accounts for sending/receiving emails on the devices. Whilst DDA can check that the email accounts are working correctly on our mail server, any issues related to the correct settings on the smartphone devices will need to be referred to the issuing company (T-Mobile, Vodafone etc).
Q. I am getting an error message when trying to send out email, it says the following "Sending' reported error (0x800CCC69) : ' The server responded: 550 IP address 78.150.58.218 in XBL'.
A. This occurs because your computer has been flagged up as sending out emails with a possible virus attached, this can sometimes happen in error. If you get this error, please run a full Anti-Virus check on your computer before following the next step, failure to do this will result in your computer being blocked again if you are sending out a virus.
The solution:
Visit this website http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup.lasso and enter your IP Address (shown in your email error message). This will tell you if you are blacklisted, if you are please follow the instructions provided at the website to de-list your IP Address.
Q. I've changed my computer and need to set up my email address again but can't remember the details.

A. Certainly, all DDA clients have the facility to check their emails via webmail, just go to www.outitgoes.com, enter your email address and password.
Q. We would like to purchase another domain name for our company, can you do this for us?
A. Yes, DDA have full domain name registration facilities, they are regsitered in your company name so you retain full ownership.
